User Agreement
PARTIES
This User Agreement ("Agreement") is made between Meji Group Moda Prodüksiyon Anonim Şirketi ("Company"), operating at Tomtom Mah. Boğazkesen Cad. Hanı No: 65F Beyoğlu / İstanbul, and real or legal persons ("User") who use the mejidesign.com website, its mobile applications, and all related digital platforms.
The User declares that by accessing the Platform, using the Platform, creating a membership, or performing any transaction through the Platform, they have read, understood, and accepted the provisions of this Agreement.
DEFINITIONS
Within the scope of this Agreement;
“Platform” refers to the website operating under the mejidesign.com domain name and its associated digital services,
“User” refers to real or legal persons who visit the Platform or benefit from the Platform's services,
“Member” refers to a User who creates a user account on the Platform,
“Buyer” refers to a User who purchases products or artworks through the Platform,
“Artwork” refers to original artworks, limited edition artworks, photographic artworks, sculptures, and other collectible works produced by artists,
“Product” refers to design products, decorative products, lifestyle products, publications, and other commercial products offered for sale on the Platform,
“Content” refers to all kinds of text, photographs, visuals, videos, graphics, catalogs, databases, brand elements, and other materials located on the Platform,

SUBJECT AND SCOPE OF THE AGREEMENT
The subject of this Agreement is to define the terms of use of the Platform, to regulate the principles regarding benefiting from the services offered through the Platform, and to determine the rights and obligations of the parties.
All transactions carried out on the Platform are subject to this Agreement and other policies and informational texts published on the Platform.
NATURE OF THE PLATFORM
MEJI Design + Gallery is a curatorial digital platform where artworks, design products, decorative products, lifestyle products, and selected collectible items are introduced, exhibited, and sales processes are conducted.
The Company reserves the right to select, evaluate, categorize, update descriptions, offer for sale, remove from publication, or cease the sale of products and artworks on the Platform.
No commitment is made regarding the duration for which products and artworks on the Platform will remain on sale or accessible.
MEMBERSHIP AND ACCOUNT SECURITY
A User wishing to become a member of the Platform must have the legal capacity to act in accordance with applicable legislation.
The User accepts that the information provided during membership is accurate, current, and complete. All responsibility arising from providing false or misleading information belongs to the relevant User.
The user account and password can only be used by the relevant User. Sharing, transferring, or allowing third parties to use account information is prohibited.
The User is obliged to immediately notify the Company if they learn that their account is being used without authorization.
USER'S OBLIGATIONS
The User agrees to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and not to carry out any activities contrary to applicable legislation.
The User cannot engage in activities that hinder the operation of the Platform, create fake memberships, carry out misleading transactions, infringe the rights of third parties, use malicious software, jeopardize Platform security, or attempt to obtain Platform data through automatic data collection systems.
The legal and criminal responsibility for all transactions carried out by the User on the Platform belongs to the User.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS AND ARTWORKS
All brand elements, logos, designs, photographs, videos, catalogs, databases, written content, artwork images, and all other content on the Platform are subject to the intellectual and industrial property rights of their respective owners.
Copying, reproducing, publishing, processing, distributing, or using such content for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of the Company or the relevant rights holder is prohibited.
The purchase of artworks on the Platform, unless explicitly stated otherwise, only refers to the transfer of the physical ownership of the relevant artwork. Copyrights, reproduction rights, digital use rights, processing rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the artworks belong to the relevant artist or rights holder.
The User may not use, reproduce, transfer to digital media, or make available to third parties the purchased artworks for commercial purposes without the written permission of the rights holder.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Company does not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or continuously accessible. The Company cannot be held responsible for damages that may arise due to interruptions caused by internet infrastructure, maintenance work, technical malfunctions, disruptions caused by third-party service providers, cyberattacks, or problems originating from the User's own devices.
While descriptions of products, artworks, and services on the Platform are prepared with the highest possible accuracy, the Company reserves the right to correct any clear inaccuracies arising from typographical errors, technical errors, visual differences, or systemic malfunctions.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Company cannot be held responsible for loss of profit, loss of data, loss of reputation, or indirect damages.
THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND SERVICES
The Platform may contain links directing to third-party websites, applications, social media platforms, payment systems, or other digital services.
These links are provided solely for the User's convenience. The Company has no supervisory authority over websites or services operated outside its control.
The Company is not responsible for the content, security, timeliness, data processing activities, or terms of use of third-party services. The User accepts that the terms of the respective service provider will apply when using third-party services.
PRIVACY AND PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
Personal data belonging to the User is processed in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data and related legislation.
The principles regarding the processing of personal data are regulated within the scope of the Clarification Text on the Protection of Personal Data, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy published on the Platform.
The User accepts that they can access these policy texts through the Platform and that the relevant processes are carried out according to the principles stated in these texts.
SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP
If the Company determines that the User has violated the provisions of this Agreement, jeopardized Platform security, infringed the rights of third parties, or engaged in unlawful activities, it reserves the right to temporarily suspend or completely terminate the relevant membership.
The Company also reserves the right to take necessary technical and legal measures if fake memberships are created, misleading information is provided, automatic data collection activities are carried out, intellectual property rights are violated, or behaviors negatively affecting the operation of the Platform are detected.
Termination of membership does not eliminate the User's existing or potential legal responsibilities.
FORCE MAJEURE
Natural disasters, fire, flood, earthquake, epidemics, war, acts of terrorism, strikes, power outages, failures in communication infrastructure, cyberattacks, decisions of public authorities, and similar events developing beyond the reasonable control of the parties are considered force majeure.
In the event of force majeure, the Company's obligations may be suspended for the duration of the event's effect.
AMENDMENTS TO THE AGREEMENT
The Company reserves the right to update this User Agreement at any time to comply with applicable legislation, meet operational needs, improve Platform services, or enhance user experience.
The updated text takes effect on the date it is published on the Platform. The User's continued use of the Platform implies acceptance of the updated text.
GOVERNING LAW AND RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES
The laws of the Republic of Turkey shall apply to the interpretation and implementation of this Agreement.
In disputes arising from consumer transactions, Consumer Arbitration Committees are authorized within the monetary limits in force, and Consumer Courts are authorized within the scope of relevant legislation.
By using the Platform, the User declares that they have read, understood, and accepted the provisions of this User Agreement.
Privacy Policy
Meji Group Moda Prodüksiyon Anonim Şirketi (“Company”) values the privacy and protection of its users' personal data.
This Privacy Policy has been prepared to explain on what principles the information obtained through the mejidesign.com website, mobile applications, and connected digital platforms is processed, protected, and used.
GENERAL PRINCIPLES
Information belonging to Users benefiting from the services offered by the Company is protected and processed in accordance with the applicable legislation.
The Company may process certain information to enhance user experience, conduct service processes, carry out order transactions, manage customer relations, and fulfill legal obligations.

Credit card and payment information is processed directly by the relevant payment institutions, and full card details are not stored in the Company's systems.
The infrastructures used in payment processes are subject to the security standards of the relevant payment institutions.
USAGE DATA
The Company may collect anonymous or statistical usage data to improve the Platform's performance, enhance user experience, and increase service quality.
In this context, visited pages, session durations, device information, browser information, traffic sources, and similar technical data may be analyzed.
Such data may be used to improve user experience and measure Platform performance.
PROCESSES RELATED TO ARTWORKS AND COLLECTION PRODUCTS
For artworks, limited edition products, and collectible works offered for sale on the Platform, information obtained during the order processes may be used for creating sales records, carrying out certificate processes, organizing deliveries, maintaining originality records, and fulfilling legal obligations.
The Company places importance on protecting the intellectual property rights of artists and relevant rights holders.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The User acknowledges that the terms of the relevant service provider will apply when using third-party services.

Returns and Exchanges Policy
Customer satisfaction is important in purchases made through MEJI Design + Gallery, operated by Meji Group Moda Prodüksiyon Anonim Şirketi.
Return and exchange processes are evaluated taking into account the nature of the product, manufacturing method, relevant legal provisions, and product category.
DAMAGED, MISSING OR FAULTY DELIVERIES
If the delivered product is damaged, broken, missing, or different from the product ordered, the User must notify the Company within a reasonable period.
As a result of the inspection, the product may be resent, replaced, repaired, or, if necessary, a refund may be provided.
The Company may request photographs, videos, cargo reports, or additional information when deemed necessary.
DESIGN AND LIFESTYLE PRODUCTS
Return requests for products in the design, decoration, and lifestyle categories offered for sale on the Platform are evaluated within the scope of the relevant legal provisions.
The product subject to the return request must be unused, undamaged, in a resalable condition, and sent with its original packaging, if any.
If the product is damaged by the User, used, or loses its resale quality, the return request may not be accepted.
ARTWORKS AND COLLECTIBLES
Some products offered for sale on the Platform may be original artworks, unique pieces, limited edition works, photographic works, collectibles, or special works prepared by the artist.
Such works may be removed from sale after purchase, reserved in the name of the buyer, subjected to certification processes, or entered into collection records.
Due to the nature of the works, their limited production, their collection value, and the potential impact on resale processes, evaluations will be made within the scope of the relevant legislation only for return requests based on reasons such as a change of mind, change of decoration preference, or personal taste.
The Company reserves the right to examine each request separately within the framework of the nature of the product, its production method, and sales conditions.
CUSTOM-MADE AND ORDER-PREPARED PRODUCTS
Return and cancellation requests regarding products specially prepared at the User's request, produced to measure, personalized, or put into production upon order, may be evaluated within the scope of the exceptions in the relevant legislation.
HANDICRAFTS AND USE OF NATURAL MATERIALS
Some products offered for sale on the Platform are handcrafted or contain natural materials.
Small differences in color, texture, surface, or measurements that may arise due to production processes, materials used, and screen differences cannot be considered defects or flaws alone.
DAMAGE DUE TO CARGO AND DELIVERY
It is recommended to check packages with obvious damage to their outer packaging before accepting delivery.
Damage caused by cargo must be reported to the Company as soon as possible.
Late notifications may affect inspection processes.
INSPECTION PROCESS
Return, exchange, or damage claims are evaluated taking into account the nature of the product, delivery status, usage status, and the reason for the claim.
The Company may conduct product inspections, request additional documents, or carry out an evaluation process with the relevant manufacturer, artist, or supplier when deemed necessary.
